NEO-6M GPS Module with EPROM

If you need to navigate distance with a drone, this GPS module is the ideal solution. GPS equipped drones use a GPS module to determine their position relative to orbiting satellites. By connecting to these satellite signals, the drone can perform functions such as position hold, autonomous flight, return to home, and waypoint navigation.

This complete GPS module is based on the NEO 6M GPS chipset. It uses advanced technology to provide highly accurate positioning data and includes a large built in 25 x 25 mm active GPS antenna with a UART TTL interface. A backup battery is included for faster GPS lock times. This is an updated module suitable for use with Ardupilot Mega V2 and similar multirotor flight control platforms to deliver precise location information for improved flight performance.

Note: The NEO 6M GPS Module is not compatible with the APM 2.8 Flight Controller.
