AC6329C4 – SOP-16

The AC6329C4 is designed for high efficiency and versatility in wireless systems. It features a 32-bit RISC core with integrated I-cache and MMU, supported by 73KB of SRAM and 4Mbit (512KB) of on-chip Flash. Its Bluetooth subsystem is fully compliant with version 5.3, supporting both Classic (BR/EDR) and Low Energy (BLE) modes, as well as complex Piconet and Scatternet configurations. The chip’s peripheral set is particularly robust for its price point, including a full-speed USB OTG controller, hardware encoders for motor control, and multiple DMA-capable communication interfaces.
