Description
Designed for 1.8Ó to 3.5Ó LCDs, the ISL97634IRT26Z-TK operates from a wide input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V, making it ideal for battery-powered devices. It incorporates a proprietary feedback disconnect switch that prevents output modulation during PWM dimming, minimizing audible noise and system disturbance. The device features high efficiency (up to 85%) and a high 1.4MHz switching frequency, allowing the use of small external LC components to save board space.
